Thorton Heath hotel sold after 20 years in same hands
The Beulah House hotel in a residential area of Thornton Heath in Surrey has been sold after 20 years under the same ownership.
The Epsom office of Christie + Co sold the freehold off a guide price of £675,000 to a private investor.
The detached Victorian property offers 17 bedrooms across three floors, along with a residents' lounge and dining area, bar, and one-bedroom owners' flat
The hotel has relied largely on council referrals over recent years, but is slowly beginning to attract private clients thanks to improvements and the growing demand for beds in the Croydon area.
