George Marsh has joined West Dorset pub the New Inn, in Stoke Abbott, as head chef. He will look after 60-covers, supported by second chef John Kellas. He will create new dishes from the pub's kitchen garden, which boasts a wide range of crops. Marsh picked up a number of dining accolades during his six-year tenure at the Riverside restaurant in West Bay.
