Russian restaurateur Arkady Novikov has opened Rextail, his third venture in London.
Located on Albemarle Street in Mayfair, Rextail feature an international menu with premium fish, meat and game.
Adrian Martin, previously at the Birley Group, has been brought on board to oversee the menu, while filling the general manager role is Livio Italiani, who joined from the hospitality division of Chelsea FC.
Sample dishes include wood smoked organic salmon, dandelion, quail eggs and grain mustard; braised short beef ribs and herb baked bone marrow; passion fruit and mango meringue bombe.
Rextail is Novikov's third restaurant in London, after Novikov Restaurant and Bar in Berkeley Street and Brompton Asian Brasserie.
