The property, which sold on a leasehold basis, comprises a 500sq ft shop with space for around 40 covers. Further seating is provided outside the restaurant. The previous owner, Peter Stone, invested heavily in the property, creating a modern business, both internally and externally. New owner, Paul Davis has been in catering most of his working life.
