Stephanie Freeman appointed GM of Mollie's Oxfordshire

Motel and diner concept Mollie's has appointed Stephanie Freeman as general manager of its Oxfordshire site.

Freeman has more than 10 years' experience in hospitality and has has worked at hotel groups including Elite Hotels, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Hilton. Before joining Mollie's, which won the Best Use of Technology Award at the 2022 Cateys Freeman was food and beverage manager at voco St David's Cardiff.

She started her career with Mollie's as floor manager at Mollie's Bristol in 2021 and was promoted to diner manager at the start of 2022.

Freeman said: "I'm thrilled to be joining the Mollie's Oxfordshire team during an incredibly exciting time for the brand. With its recognisable and distinctive identity, Mollie's is already well-loved by guests across both is Bristol and Oxfordshire sites, so I'm thrilled to be part of a team that consistently goes above and beyond for guests.

"I can't wait to get stuck in, bringing innovative and creative ideas to elevate the Oxfordshire hotel that one step further, ensuring guest satisfaction at every point."
