Everything a barman needs to do his job, or compete in a competition, can be found in the new Bartenders Kit that John Artis launched earlier this month at the Bar07 exhibition.
It combines 30 tools from the 600-plus items in the John Artis Artbar range in a purpose-built, leather-bound and top-stitched briefcase. A foam inlay with cut-outs holds the pieces in place during transport.
Inside, there are two cocktail shakers, a muddler, bar knives, an ice scoop, a strainer, a corkscrew, tongs, a bar blade, a grater, 12 free-pourers and a chopping board.
The Bartenders Kit has a list price of £180.
