Catering quiche and frozen fruits from Brakes

The Brakes pre-portioned Baked Catering Cheese and Onion Quiche is supplied fully cooked and frozen for the convenience of caterers. It is available in 1kg packs of two, yielding 24 portions per quiche.
Brakes has also added four new fruit varieties to its frozen product portfolio supplied in 1kg bags. Blackberries are suitable for smoothies or blitzing and reducing as a sauce over pies and desserts. They can also be incorporated in cakes or muffins.
Mangoes can be added to fruit salads to give colour and flavour.
Mixed fruit options, including the Dark Fruit Medley and Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Medley, can be used to create pies or crumbles.
