The new UP range of counters and backfittings being launched at Hotelympia by ISA was inspired by traditional jewellery counters and has been designed to incorporate refrigerated pastry and ice-cream display cabinets.
It will appeal to ice-cream parlours, pâtisseries, hotels, food halls and coffee bars. The range can be endlessly reconfigured to meet changing demands, is available in many different material and colour finishes, and utilises a low-consumption CFC-free refrigeration system and energy-saving lighting.
The group's recently launched Gelatomix - which allows customers to choose any combination of scooping ice-cream flavours and ingredients and watch them being mixed on the frozen slab - can be integrated into the UP counter runs.
