Crispy catfish fillets from M&J Seafood

The new frozen battercrisp pangasius fillets from M&J Seafood make a cost-effective alternative to cod and haddock. They are skinless and boneless pieces of the yellowtail catfish from Vietnam, also known as basa but more commonly referred to as whitefish on menus on account of its unfamiliarity to British consumers.

The pangasius fillets are ideal for traditional fish and chips and are sold in £11.95 cases of 20 fillets each weighing between 170g and 200g.
