Cafés and small bars are the target of DC Catering's new DC13-4A semi-professional ice maker, which aims to bridge the gap between domestic self-fill and commercial auto-fill models.

The mains-operated ice maker has a small footprint (355mm wide x 404mm deep x 590mm high) but can churn out 13kg of ice in 24 hours at ambient temperatures of 21˚C, and can store 4kg at a time. The machine requires no manual refilling and is protected by a fully-insulated ABS exterior.
