Originally from South-east Belgium, Christelle Langer was a barista in Florence for more than two years. Most recently, she has also picked up the British perspective working in a coffee shop in Hackney, east London.

Drury conducts regular espresso training with clients' staff on their own premises and also runs courses at its London showroom. Besides these duties, Langer is further charged with the responsibility for evolving the course content to meet changing client requirements and new market developments.

Drury director Marco Olmi said: "Well-trained staff are arguably the most important factor in producing consistently good coffee. That is why we place such an emphasis on this aspect of our business. Christelle is technically very sound with plenty of hands-on experience in the coffee market."
