French and British La Boulangerie breads from Brakes

La Boulangerie offers a complete range of French and British loaves, baguettes, sandwich bread, accompaniment bread, viennoiserie, sweet pastries and confectionery.

Bread baked in France with French flour reflects the recipes and styles of artisan bakery for an authentic taste. English bread, organic bread to Soil Association standard and speciality rolls are also offered.

Part-baked artisan loaves include the caramelised onion loaf (400g) and Oxford sourdough oval (400g) while fully baked varieties include the 100% rye tin loaf (400g).

Baguettes range from multi-seed (280g) and sun-dried tomato (100g) to malted grain sandwich (135g) and petit pain bran (100g).

Deli breads include a seeded fuson (80g) and rosemary tree bark bread (100g) while Italian-style breads include a sesame and nigella seed panini (130g) and green olive ciabatta sandwich roll (120g).

Pre-filled paninis include a ham and mozzarella melt (210g) and three cheese and red onion (225g), and a selection of croissants, sweet pastries, muffins, cookies and doughnuts are also available.
