Frozen potato gratins and mashes from Aviko

Individually-frozen potato gratin dishes are made with steamed potato slices combined with a creamy sauce.

The 100g gratins come in five varieties: Gratin with Mushrooms; Creamy Gratin, made with real Emmental cheese; Gratin with Broccoli; Italian Gratin, made with Italian herbs, tomato and mozzarella cheese; and Gratin with Salmon, made with pieces of smoked salmon.

Also launched is Super Mash! prepared with milk and butter and then quick-frozen into individual cubes.

The four varieties of Super Mash! are Bubble and Squeak, with mash, cabbage and fried onion; Classic Mash, with butter and milk; Mash with Creamed Carrots and Swede; and Homemade Mash, with fluffy mashed potato and small lumps.

Each variety can be prepared in a microwave or combi-steamer. Super Mash! is supplied in cartons of 4 x 2.5kg bags.
