Details Precisely controlled temperature and humidity allow these Swiss-made cook-and-hold ovens to keep food hot (including quick-fried and breaded dishes) without compromising quality, flavour or texture. They carry a five-year warranty.
Benefits include overnight cooking using cheaper night-time tariffs; and low-temperature cooking that retains the moisture in meats cooked at 120°C rather than the 200°C required in conventional cooking.
