Product Knorr Blue Dragon Create More concentrated Oriental sauces

USP The concentrated sauces form part of a new team-up between Knorr and the UK's fastest-growing Oriental retail brand, Blue Dragon, aimed at the food service market.

Details Available from January, Create More sauces are designed for chefs who want to add their own signature to a dish but do not have the time to create authentic Oriental meals using pastes. Dilute one-to-one with water to create a sauce base, marinade or flavour enhancer.

Flavours Eight - Thai Red Curry, Black Bean, Smooth Sweet & Sour, Szechuan, Satay, Hot Sweet Chilli and Hoi Sin.

Range The current line-up includes four pastes in 1.1kg jars (Thai Red Curry, Thai Green Curry, Laksa Curry and Char Siu Sticky Paste). Five heat-and-pour ready-to-use sauces (Thai Red or Green Curry, Chunky Sweet & Sour, Black Bean, Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce) will also join the range in January.
