The Hobart M1800T microwave oven is a 1,400W appliance that offers 10 power levels along with a defrost setting, and 10 programmable memory pads on the touch-sensitive control panel.
This eliminates the need to reset the timer for frequently used settings, minimising staff errors and speeding up service. The programmes can be named by type of food to allow different shifts of staff to achieve the same results.
A two-stage cooking programme can be used to both defrost and cook, while the twin magnetrons ensure an even heat distribution to eliminate hot spots.
The oven comes with a manual time change and management lock system as standard.
