Matthew Clark teams up with Marco Pierre White for food and wine matching

Drinks distributor Matthew Clark has announced plans for Marco Pierre White to host an exclusive masterclass at its annual Discover Love Inspire trade tasting in London on 8 March.

The chef stocks a number of Matthew Clark wines across his portfolio, with his franchise restaurant company, Black and White Hospitality, and will be hosting a cooking demonstration to demonstrate his favourite pairings including lobster with wines from a variety of producers such as Ceres from Central Otago, Rhône wine personality Jean Luc Colombo, and Mosel legend Dr Loosen.

Matthew Clark national accounts managing director Kenny Gray said: "It's such an honour to have Marco Pierre White join us at Discover Love Inspire this year, demonstrating the versatility of some of our favourite wines. The event is going to be our biggest showcase yet with lots of new lines to try - over 30% of the wines on show are new additions to the portfolio."
