Mini-versions of Bakehouse's best-selling All-Butter Chocolate and Almond Croissants aim to help caterers offer a wider selection of bakery products for breakfast or for morning coffee.

The 30-45g croissants are made near Lille using a unique long dough-resting system that replicates the techniques of artisan French bakers to produce a light, open dough with a rich, buttery flavour that will bake-off from frozen in just 15 minutes.

They are supplied in a selection case that contains 36 of each variety (108 in total) along with a pot of icing sugar to hand-dust the Mini Almond Croissants.
