Nairn's Pop Oats
Nairn's has released its Pop Oats in a new 24-case format. The 83 calorie, gluten-free snack has 60% less fat than regular fried crisps and is available in three flavours: salt and vinegar, barbecue, and sour cream and chive.

Country Range festive desserts
Country Range has three festive additions to its dessert collection: a vegan gingerbread cake, a vegan chocolate orange cheesecake (unfinished for personalised decoration), and a boozy chocolate, cherry and rum tart. The desserts are frozen and pre-portioned into 14-16 slices and can be defrosted overnight in the fridge.

Winter Tarn butter pastry sheets
Family-owned Cumbrian dairy farm Winter Tarn has launched salted and unsalted butter pastry sheets with a fat content of 86%. The butter is made from cream sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised cows on the family farms across the north of England.

Boozy macarons
Symphonie Pasquier and Rémy Cointreau Group have fused the French macaron with Cointreau and Mount Gay Rum. The macarons are made in France and available in three flavours: orange, lime and rum. They are distributed frozen, can be defrosted in four hours and kept chilled for five days.

New drinks for December 2023
Wildleaf tonic water
Wildleaf uses blends of botanicals native to the Atlas Mountains in north-west Africa, including its namesake ‘wildleaf', to create tonics and mixers. Unlike traditional tonics, Wildleaf does not use quinine. The range features two tonic waters, a club soda and a ginger ale.

Distillerie de Grandmont spirits
Speciality Brands has added three spirits from French producer Distillerie de Grandmont to its range. Amer Gentian (32% ABV) is an organic grain alcohol that can be enjoyed as an apéritif, digestif or served long with tonic water; le Chemin des Moines (55% ABV) is a herbal liqueur with notes of angelica, wild flowers, grass, verbena and honey; and Triple Sec Curacao Blanc (40% ABV) has notes of orange and tangerine.

Irish whiskey liqueur
Shanky's Whip Irish whiskey liqueur has launched a 1.75l bottle for the UK hospitality sector. Available via Craftwork, the format has been created to suit fast-paced or larger venues. The whisky is distilled in County Cavan with flavours of vanilla infused with caramel to create a dark spirit that is creamy and smooth.

Synergy stainless steel grill
Synergy Grill Technology has launched the ST1500 into its Trilogy portfolio. The stainless steel grill has a digital display with touch button control, three variable heat zones and no need for a fat tray.

Prince Castle mini slimline contact toaster
FEM has introduced the Prince Castle mini slimline contact toaster. The toaster has an adjustable motor and can toast up to 2,200 buns measuring up to 14cm in diameter an hour. Toast times are digitally displayed and can be varied from nine to 40 seconds. Three conveyor options are offered: wire, silicone or stainless-steel pleated belt.

Multi tank modular conveyor dishwasher systems
Winterhalter has launched two new versions of its MT (multi tank) modular conveyor dishwasher systems: the MTF flight machines and the MTR rack machines. Additional zones, such as extra wash and drying units, can be retrofitted to increase capacity. The MTF can handle up to 8,000 plates an hour, while the MTR rack machines can process 355 racks an hour.

Professional ovens
Alfa's range of Quick series and Zeno series professional ovens are available through Jestic.
