The farmed salmon fillet is filled with three king prawns, spinach and basil pesto and comes in individual 185g vacuum-packed portions.
Once defrosted, the Florentine requires just 12 minutes in a hot oven or can be steamed within the packaging.
The salmon provides omega-3 oils, selenium, protein and vitamins B3, B6 and B12. The prawns add vitamins B1, B2 and zinc.
