Venison, Toulouse, Pure Genius (Guinness), Marmite, Pork & Apple, Pork & Leek, Pork & Mustard, Cumberland and Lincolnshire are included in the range of sausages supplied by Broad Oak Farm, which had its 80th birthday last year.
Produced in a hi-tech facility in Hatfield Broad Oak in Essex, the sausages are Red Tractor- and Freedom Food-accredited and have a minimum meat content of 70%, often 80-85%.
