Scotland's Speciality Food Show returns in January 2022

Scotland's Speciality Food Show returns to Glasgow from 23-25 January 2022 incorporating a raft of fine food and drink exhibitors booked in to showcase delis, farm shops, restaurants, and hotels north and south of the border.

THe show will also include a Best Product Awards, workshops, talks from experts, networking opportunities and a Launch Gallery with companies demonstrating new products and creativity for the new year – and often the first stop for buyers.

New to the show are producers such as Island Bakery Organics, Nuisance Drinks, Ramsay of Carluke, The Ochil Fudge Pantry, Bottled Baking Co, NEST Selected Greek products and Dark Sky Spirits. The Food from the Regions feature returns with Tastes of Fife and Tastes of Orkney both hosting large stands with Lanarkshire and Argyll expected to take part.

Dorothy Smith from Fife Council who organize the Tastes of Fife stand, said: "I can honestly say, I have never had such a positive engagement/partnership approach with an Events company to help and support us showcasing what Fife has to offer."

Show director, Mark Saunders, added: "It's been a very unsettling 18 months so we are delighted to be back in January. Interest for the show from potential exhibitors has been positive and we are pleased to be showcasing many new and innovative producers from Scotland, the UK and beyond. However much online ordering has advanced recently, nothing quite beats seeing and tasting the products in person, networking and re-connecting with the industry. We look forward to welcoming you all on 23 January."
