Sirman Paninonstick contact grill from FEM

The new Paninonstick contact or sandwich grill from Sirman of Italy has been built to survive the most punishing treatments busy chefs can inflict.

The cast iron, ribbed grill plates combine with a super-coating of non-stick ceramic material to create a non-chip, non-peel appliance that is resistant to the attacks of food acids, salts and oxidation. The design also provides high thermal conductivity.

The grills - available in single and double versions - feature a stainless steel body, self-balancing upper plates and built-in timer/alarms.

Two thermostats on the double version allow items to be cooked at different temperatures at the same time.
