Six-litre soup kettle from Dualit
British manufacturer Dualit has launched a six-litre soup kettle suitable for small cafés, primary schools and cafeterias in smaller businesses.
The DSK6 heats soup using a wet-heat system with long life elements. With a removable hinged lid and dishwasher safe inner, the DSK6 is easy to maintain and is built from durable cast aluminium and stainless steel.
It has low running costs, thanks to energy efficient elements that heat up quickly and a double pole variable simmerstat to cycle them on and off, maintaining the temperature of the soup with minimum energy consumption.
Safety features include a failsafe override thermostat, and accessories include magnetic soup of the day labels. The unit's outer dimensions measure 36cm high by 25.5cm in diameter.
