Snowbird upgrades beef recipe for its Gourmet Plus Chipolata Sausages

The beef recipe has been upgraded in Snowbird's range of Gourmet Plus Chipolata Sausages, which is claimed to be the only line of fully-cooked and frozen chipolatas in natural casings on the market.

The new low-fat, low-salt premium beef chipolata now contains 94% beef from carefully selected forequarter cuts, spiced up with a secret seasoning blend. It uses no bulking rusk or cereal and complies with Food Standards Agency requirements on salt and fat. The quickly reheated chipolatas come in 4kg packs.
