Simon Hulstone, head chef at the Michelin-starred, Elephant restaurant in Torquay, has been named as one of the Ambassador chef's in Nestlé Professional®' s recently launched "CHEF® CLUB".
The Club has been designed to support gifted young chefs by providing inspiration and collaboration along with access to offers, promotions, industry events and masterclasses.

"I count myself very lucky to have had these opportunities and now I want to give back to the industry, sharing my knowledge and experiences with the next generation of chefs.
