The Grant SV100 product offers exceptional water temperature stability (±0.02°C), and precise temperature control (ambient plus 5°C to 100°C) via a simple-to-use dial. It also features an LED display providing a clear view of the set temperature.
To ensure safe operation in a busy kitchen environment, the SV100 comes as standard with a low water level automatic cut-out and a stainless steel cage for encasing the submersed elements. Like all Grant products, the SV100 comes with a two-year warranty.
