Top chefs join line up for Taste of London 2013 10th anniversary

The Taste of London celebrates its 10th anniversary with some of London's best chefs including three generations of the Roux dynasty, Albert Roux, Michel Roux Jr and Emily Roux, Raymond Blanc and Ben Tish as well as international chef Rene Redzepi.

The event held in Regents Park from the 20 - 23 June will include the Electrolux Taste Theatre providing a venue for visitors and chefs to celebrate British and international food. The schedule will feature Tom Kitchin, Michel Roux Jnr, Raymond Blanc and Gary Rhodes.

S.Pellegrino and Gauthier Soho have teamed up in the VIP restaurant to avail visitors to a three-course meal featuring some of Gauthier's signature dishes, such as chilled Cornish crab and slowly cooked middle neck of lamb.

The S. Pellegrino VIP Restaurant sees the return of wine expert Neil Phillips hosting wine, water and food pairing masterclasses. The Explore World Beer experience will showcase beers from around the world including Cobra from India. Singha from Thailand; Pacifico Clara, Modelo Especial and Negra Modelo from Mexico; Grolsch and Grolsch Blonde from Holland; Blue Moon from the USA; Rebel Red from Ireland; and Doom Bar from England.

New restaurants joining the line-up at Taste of London are Sushisamba, Duck & Waffle, Lima and The Angler. Regulars include Le Gavroche, Gauthier Soho, the Opera Tavern and Tamarind.

50,000 visitors are expected to dine from 40 of the capital's top restaurants.
