Turkey and chicken fillets from Bernard Matthews

Bernard Matthews Food Service has launched a range of premium, precooked frozen turkey and chicken fillets comprising three 100% meat products - Turkey Marinated Tikka Fillets, Flamegrilled Turkey Fillets, and Chargrilled Chicken Fillets. Bernard Matthews suggests using them for filled baguettes, tortilla wraps and pitta pockets as well as in pastas, curries and salads.
