Living Ventures opens Heddon Street site

2005 Catey winner Living Ventures this week formally announced a new site in Heddon Street, London.

The new property will join esteemed neighbours Momo's and Conran's Zinc Bar and will be Living Room's flagship site.

The ground-floor restaurant and bar will cover more than 3,000sq ft while a first-floor restaurant will span 2,800sq ft. There is also a basement measuring almost 3,500sq ft.

Rent is expected to average £220,080 a year over the next five years.

Property agents Shelley Sandzer acted for Living Ventures while CBRE represented landlord, the Crown Estate.

Living Ventures will be looking to acquire a further 10 sites during the course of the next year for its Living Room, Est Est Est and Prohibition brands.
