Imperial Catering Equipment has introduced a line of refrigerated bases for its heavy-duty kitchen range. The bases are 36in-wide units with two gastronorm drawers and can be fitted beneath burners, grills and griddle tops. The bases can be sited together, with a 1¼in manifold (the lip that comes down to provide a flush finish), or sited individually.
