Buncle: received £91,000

Tom Buncle, former chef executive of VisitScotland, received a pay-off of £91,000 following his resignation in November last year. Other pay-offs will go to six directors who have resigned and to Rod Lynch, who was appointed to replace Buncle. Lynch's job offer was withdrawn after four days, when it was revealed he intended to take up the chief executive's position on a part-time basis. A spokesman for VisitScotland denied reports the total pay-off claimes could top £800,000.
