LONDON Leisure Spanish-made Heat Box baguette vending machines offer a countertop oven providing continuous bake-off. Designed for siting on top of a fridge, the 400 x 460 x 470mm oven has 3 x 300W infrared elements and chute for accumulation of the baked products.
The oven is able to produce freshly baked pre-filled baguettes within four minutes and is priced around £600. The chilled baguettes available with the system are processed and packaged to obtain a shelf life up to 21 days. Full size Heat Box baguette vendors are priced from £6250.
