A group of Indian chefs are celebrating after setting a new world record for making the largest onion bhaji. Two chefs and five helpers at the Guru Nanak community centre in West Bromwich in the West Midlands took nearly two hours to cook the bhaji, which was 74.8cm wide and weighed 83.6kg. The two chefs who co-ordinated the challenge were Mohammed Ali Haydor, of Kushi restaurant in Birmingham, and Tirlok Singh Chana, of Chana Catering Services, West Bromwich.
