Butlin's has appointed Bryan Leaker centre director at Minehead, Somerset. He had been commercial director for North London Railways.

Zoe Jenkins is the new F&B manager at the Dorchester, London. She was formerly the hotel's banqueting manager.

Jan Kjaer Nielsen has joined London's Radisson SAS Portman as general manager, as Tarje Hellebust moves to the Radisson Hesperia, Helsinki. Nielsen was general manager at the Radisson SAS Royal hotel, Bergen.

Thistle hotels has a new personnel and training director, Bill Godfrey. He was formerly regional personnel and training executive. Meanwhile, Hylton Pyle steps up to marketing director of the 96-strong group.

Steven Harris has taken over as head chef at the Stonor Arms Hotel and Restaurant, near Henley-on-Thames. He was previously senior sous chef at Tylney Hall, Hook, Hampshire.

Jason Freezer has joined the Mallory Court Hotel, Leamington Spa, as restaurant manager. He held the same position at Gordleton Mill and Provence Restaurant, Hampshire.

Gerry Parson has become director of sales at London's Regent Palace hotel. He moved from the St James' Court hotel, Westminster.

Ryan Wilson has become head chef at Spaggo's Bar and Grill, Slough. He joins from the Grovefield hotel, Burnham, where he was senior chef de partie.
