Twin says he was forced to help dispose of body

One of the 18-year old twins accused of distributing the dismembered body of a London pizza restaurant owner around Bradford told the Old Bailey last week he was threatened with a meat cleaver and forced to help.

Asghar Shah and his brother Akbar (who denies taking part in the operation) have denied conspiracy to pervert the course of justice along with their cousin Ali Shah. Ali Shah has also denied charges that he paid two hitmen to kill Rajminkant Patel, hispartner in Sydenham Perfect Pizza in London, (Caterer, 10 September, page 6).
