EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Holy Trinity CE (Aided) Primary School invites expressions of interest for the provision of Catering Services at the School.
Holy Trinity CE (Aided) Primary School is a village Church School based in West Sussex, which prides its self on a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All children and adults feel valued and are able to grow and learn in a supportive Christian environment, giving everyone the opportunity to achieve the highest standards and be the best that they can be.
The Governors and Senior staff of Holy Trinity have appointed Radford Chancellor LTD to manage and support the school with the procurement of a catering provider. The school is currently installing a new kitchen, as part of the UIFSM program. Our client is seeking expressions of interest from skilled and experienced catering service providers. The contract will start in July 2015 for trial runs, children / parent engagement and to allow any incoming caterer time to mobilise the contract. The full catering service will start in the new school year, September 2015.
The successful contractor must provide a high quality daily catering service to the children and staff at the school. To be considered, contractors will need to demonstrate clearly that they have the necessary financial acumen, technical skills and experience of operating successfully within a school catering environment.
The contract is expected to commence in the summer of 2015 and will be for a period of 3 years with an option, at the discretion of the Governors to extend for a period not exceeding 2 years. The contract value is below the EU Procurement limits and therefore is not advertised in the OJEU, it is however tendered in accordance with the UK Public Contracts Regulations.
