Dishes will include: beef carpaccio, wasabi cream and leaves; hand dived Scottish scallops, cauliflower puree and crispy capers; Royal Windsor pork, morteau sausage, soft polenta and seasonal greens; slow-cooked short rib, hay-baked carrot, wild mushroom and creamed roast potato; and dark chocolate mousse, choux bun and espresso.

There will be a Proms menu from £28.95 per person including a glass of wine and coffee.
