Openings this week: Ynyshir, Sagardi, Eneko at One Aldwych and more
A look at the latest restaurants, hotels, pubs and bars to open their doors
Ynyshir
Ynyshir Hall, tucked between Borth Beach and Snowdonia National Park, has reopened as Ynyshir. The new owners are bringing chef Gareth Ward's food to the forefront of the Ynyshir experience, repositioning the property as a restaurant with rooms. It will maintain the service that hotel guests have come to expect, but be pushed forward as a dining destination. In line with the changes, opening days will be reduced to five a week.
Ynyshir offers 10 bedrooms alongside the restaurant, each offering views over the surrounding landscape of one of Britain's finest bird reserves. Click here to see the photo gallery.
