The rebranding of Burnham Beeches hotel as a Laura Ashley property will begin next month with the opening of a tea room.
The hotel will become the third under the Laura Ashley banner joining Laura Ashley the Manor in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, and Laura Ashley the Belsfield, which overlooks Lake Windermere.
The new Laura Ashley hotel on the border of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire will operate under a licensing agreement with owner Corus Hotels, similarly to Laura Ashley the Belsfield.
In Spring 2019 the 82-bedroom hotel will undergo a full refurbishment to showcase the the high street fashion retailer’s home range.
Alex Robertson, general manager of Burnham Beeches hotel, said: “We are delighted to launch Laura Ashley The Tea Room at Burnham Beeches hotel. It has been very exciting to see the project come to fruition after some extensive design work and implementation with quality workmanship and we are looking forward to welcoming guests to a whole new experience at Burnham Beeches hotel.”
The Tea Room, Laura Ashley’s first in the south of England, will have a classic British offering and be led by head pastry chef Laura Zilio.
It will offer afternoon tea classics including a selection of freshly made finger sandwiches, cakes, patisserie and scones and has partnered with Hattingley Valley English to add a British sparkling wine offer.
