McCormick has launched a new format for its Flavour Forecast 2019 which highlights fresh flavour insights and inspiration from around the globe.
The report will now be available through podcasts, a video series and social media platforms including Instagram and Pinterest. The new incarnation will feature quarterly, in-depth flavour topics with weekly inspiration, videos, educational podcasts, recipes and insider content from a global community of experts, chefs, influencers and flavour forecasters.
“Our new, curated global platform is the place to discover what flavours are on the horizon, what everyone will be talking about, what you should be experimenting with and what flavours we dare you to try now,” said McCormick executive chef Kevan Vetter. “We invite everyone to join the conversation by following our Instagram feed.”
