Local restaurateur buys into West London pub and nightclub

The Pan Tadeusz pub and nightclub in Uxbridge Road, West London, has been sub-let to local restaurateur Jugoslav Orelj.

Orelji, who has run The Little French Restaurant in Earl's Court for the past 12 years, will run the club with his business partner Radomir Grkovic. They plan to extend its appeal with the introduction of live music events.

The two-storey building provides a 75-capacity bar, a 200-capacity basement nightclub, and a one-bedroom owners' flat. It holds a late licence to 4am on Fridays to Saturdays.

The Enfield office of Christie + Co sold the lease off an asking price of £50,000 on behalf of Terry O'Sullivan.

Pan Tadeusz was the last pub left in O'Sullivan's Valeart Design vehicle, leaving him free to focus on his Misty Moon Group which runs 11 pubs in London and the South-east.
