The Caterer to host Allergens Webinar two years on from Natasha's Law

Sign up for The Caterer's free virtual event to hear operators discuss how to overcome the latest challenges in adopting Natasha's law.

The Caterer's Allergens Webinar on 26 September, sponsored by Brother, will take a deep-dive look into how operators have stepped up to the challenge of adhering to Natasha's Law, while continuing to evolve and improve their monitoring of allergens within their businesses.

Speakers will include Simon Brennan, senior end user client manager at Brother, and Lizzie Hennig, head of nutrition UK at BaxterStorey, who will explain how operators are keeping on top of constantly changing food regulations and how to choose the right technology to overcome the challenges of adopting the labelling process.

"Natasha's Law is not a project that is ever finished. It requires constant monitoring, with regular open conversations with our suppliers," said Hennig. "We have a working group in the business so we can evolve and improve our process to support our teams.

"The government keeps adding more and more legislation – calories was the last and who know what is coming down the line? It's so important to keep having open conversations and training teams so everyone knows what the business needs to adhere to."

Sign up to this free webinar and come armed with questions to ask our expert panel on 26 September.
