Foodservice Cateys 2021 shortlist revealed

The shortlist for those in the running to win a Foodservice Catey award has been confirmed, recognising the individuals, teams and businesses in the sector that have shown both resilience and excellence over the last year.

Taking place at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel in London on 8 October, the Foodservice Cateys, now in their eighth year, will celebrate the people working tirelessly to make sure their business delivers an exceptional service, day in, day out.

The sector has overseen some of the most challenging environments during the Covid-19 pandemic, from schools to healthcare, and is full of people who have excelled against the odds and businesses that have supported their clients, colleagues and even competitors in the toughest of years.

This year the judges have identified the foodservice operators who showed innovation and creativity, as well as those that have gone the extra mile in a year where we have all needed inspiration and tenacity.

The Caterer editor James Stagg said: "We can't wait to bring the foodservice sector together again and celebrate the tenacity and determination that has been evident in the past year."
