Aramark awarded £7.4m contract at Portsmouth business park

Aramark has been awarded a £7.4m contract at a Portsmouth business park, one of the biggest on the UK's south coast.

The caterer will operate the main restaurant at Langstone Technology Park, in Havant, as well as a convenience store, vending and hospitality services.

The five-year deal was awarded by national property and facilities management company Fasset, which manages the park.

Richard Mackay, director of operations, South West at Aramark, said: "Fasset's occupiers want fantastic food and retail on their doorstep and that's where we come in. Our investment will enhance the facilities we already provide, maintaining Langstone's reputation as a premier business location in the region."

Langstone Technology Park is home to nearly 4,000 workers from 45 companies, based across more than 60,000 sq m of workspace.
