Congleton Town Hall seeks commercial partners

Congleton Town Council will take over the freehold and management of this key Cheshire venue on 2 June and is planning a substantial capital refurbishment.

The building will become the civic centre of a regenerated Congleton Town.To achieve this, the Town Hall is to be open to a far wider range of activities and events. It is to have a more commercial management style, whilst remaining available to our communities.

We are seeking one or more commercial partners to bring new expertise.You may be interested in running conferences or weddings, taking a bar, catering or coffee shop franchise or even total facilities management. We are flexible if you are innovative.
