Entries open for 2015 IoH Passion 4 Hospitality contest
Entries are invited for Passion 4 Hospitality (P4H) 2015, the annual student competition from the Institute of Hospitality (IoH).
Teams of students can enter the Live Debating Competition, while both students and industry professionals are invited to enter the Business Game Competition, which involves teams managing a virtual hotel.
Finals of both events will take on 19 March next year, in London. The deadline for entries is 1 December 2014.
To enter, students must be studying currently at an educational establishment that is registered with the IoH Education Membership Scheme. Industry professionals must be individual members of the IoH.
Last year's winner for both competitions was Bournemouth University team, which won out over competitors from Lucerne-based IMI University Centre Switzerland, Hotelschool The Hague, University College Birmingham, and University Campus Suffolk.
Crispin Farbrother, programme leader for hospitality in the School of Tourism at Bournemouth University, said: "Meeting the other team members was of value and the close finish did nothing but add to the experience of the day. Winning was fantastic for us and some of our students are already planning to return and defend their title in 2015."
