Hospitality Action opens online charity auction for bids

Industry charity Hospitality Action has opened its latest online auction for bids, with lots on offer ranging from luxury weekend breaks to a 24 carat gold spoon once used by Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.

In 2014, the charity spent nearly £600,000 supporting past and present hospitality workers who are in need.

Star lots on offer include:

  • A two-night stay for two at the Deer Park Country House hotel, Devon (pictured)

  • A three-course meal for four people including a bottle of house wine in Nipa Thai restaurant, the Lancaster London

  • A two-night stay for two people at the Apex Temple Court hotel, London

  • Four tickets to a Merlin attraction of your choice

Yousif Al-Wagga, managing director of Apex Hotels, described the auction as a fantastic way to pick up some great bargains and support the vital work of the charity at the same time.

Details of all the available lots can be found via www.hospitalityaction.org.uk, with the auction set to close at 2pm on Friday 12 June.
