Kudos, part of the Crown Group, has made two appointments at the National Football Museum as part of its six-year, multimillion-pound contract at the Manchester venue.

It has employed Franco Caroleo (above left) as general manager and Paul Riley (above right) as executive head chef.

Caroleo returns to Kudos after previously working at the business from 2002 until 2006 as general manager. He will be responsible for the overall management of the food, drink and events offer at the museum, including the 150-seat café, the events space, and the fifth-floor restaurant and bar Kaleido.
