New player in events and hospitality market emerges
Caterer Horseradish has emerged as a new player in the events and hospitality market.
The company was initially founded, as part of the Chester Racecourse portfolio, to provide catering for Chester Race Company's 220,000 customers during a race season.
Horseradish will now offer on- and off-site event services, venue management and catering for corporate, agency, association and consumer clients.
Venues that the caterer will operate at include Chester Racecourse, Chester Town Hall, Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse and Llangollen International Pavilion.
Angus Wilson has been appointed head of catering, bringing with him experience gained with De Vere Hotels, Compass Group and ACC Liverpool.
He said: "For many years we have worked with a large number of well-known clients, providing creative catering for their events. But we have also offered additional services when they were required to great success.
"Making full use of our team's vast knowledge of the events and hospitality industry and dedication to service delivery, we took the strategic decision to expand our offer, and after much hard work we're now in a position to be able to offer clients a full event management service."
